Tracers no longer need to wait for lengthy periods not knowing how far away their Racer is and can have the confidence to know they will not miss their Racer's important moment. This app also allows users to easily find each other after the race is over. In addition to showing the location of racers on a map, RacerTracer provides proximity alert functionality, the ability to find other Tracers, and it seamlessly allows you to connect with your Facebook friends so you can use this app together and easily let everyone know how they can track your race progress. In addition to race day functionality, Racer Tracer can to be used to ensure loved ones are safe during training runs by monitoring their broadcasted location. Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
